One of the hardest-fighting gamefish, the broadbill swordfish, is the bounty of offshore anglers around the world. With a sculpted large wrap and nonslip vented nosepads, the Broadbill is as evolved and mighty as its namesake. These large sport frames are keeper ready with integrated temple tip icons designed to rock the boat or the docks.

Well they're Costas, what the **** else you going to say aboot em. Broadbill, 580G blue lenses, like a tortoise frame, I think. These are some sharp glasses, but the only bummer is they don't have the breakaway temples, but I actually knew that going in so it didn't really matter. IF you got a fat head, go w/ a Fergie XL... And I have numerous pairs, all have been great glass wise, but I ride them all VERY hard and usually the frame rubber takes a dump before the lenses go tango uniform. I wouldn't pay $5 for a pair of poly lenses, so I can't tell you aboot Costa 580P's and I refuse to buy Oakley's for the same reason, poly sucks, any of the 580G lenses are the greatest though! In regards to the frames... I've sent probably sent in 6 pairs due to the frame rubber falling apart and have never received any grief or had Costa bat an eye when replacing, even after the merger w/ RayBan. Customer support has always been top notch. As far as Provengo??? Fricken 5 stars all day long!!! I contract overseas and actually had no expectation of receiving these prior to leaving for my next rotation, but I ordered these on the 16th, they were at the hacienda on the 19th. HOW THE **** CAN YOU BEAT THAT???
This is my second pair of these exact sunglasses, I unfortunately lost my first pair into a lake I was fishing on, My heart literally sank with them as they disappeared into the dark water. I had wanted to replace them with the same model but the idea of spending retail was a tough pill to swallow, but what Provengo was selling them for I didn’t hesitate to purchase these again. These Broadbills are perfect for me, the glass lenses are unbelievably clear, the design and fit of the frames fit me very well however they are a little heavier than the polycarbonate version . The blue mirror 580g lenses excel in very bright conditions including during winter with very heavy snow glare. I don’t only use them for fishing but also for my job as field technician which has me on the road quite a bit. I have used many brands of sunglasses but have settled with the Costa brand. These may not be perfect for everyone but they are for me, especially with my big head and my life style
