Provengo has a 30-day Return policy. Merchandise may be returned to Provengo within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase.
Returns will ONLY be accepted for items that are returned to Provengo in Factory New Condition, Unused and with the Original Packaging Material. When items are received by Provengo, they are inspected to ensure they are in Factory New Condition, Unused and in the Original Packaging Material. In the event the items received by Provengo do not meet the conditions noted, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Refunds for merchandise will be applied to the original credit card used at time of purchase. Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise.
Domestic shipping costs are prepaid for manufactured defects.
Manufacturers Defects must be presented to Provengo within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase. If you have a Manufacturers Defect issue after the 10 day period, please contact the Manufacturer directly for their Warranty and Exchange policy.
Provengo will only provide a return shipping label for damaged or defective merchandise. The item must be returned within 14 days or the label will expire. Provengo will not provide a second return label. When items are received by Provengo, they are inspected to ensure they are in Factory New Condition, Unused and in the Original Packaging Material. In the event the items received by Provengo do not meet the conditions noted, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Orders placed during a Provengo promotional period may be required to forfeit promotional items when returning purchased merchandise.

Please note returns will not be processed unless the following conditions are met: RMA number has been issued, is clearly visible on the outer box, and the return tracking information must be submitted to Provengo upon shipment.
Provengo Exchanges
Provengo does not currently offer an exchange policy. You may return an item within 10 days of receipt, and you will be solely responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund the credit card you originally used. We recommend placing your new order on our website right away, as our inventory changes daily, and your item may sell out while we are waiting to receive your original merchandise to issue the refund.

Because our stock is always changing, we are finding customers don't get the best experience when they request a replacement item that cannot ship out until we receive the original merchandise. This new process is faster and more accurate.
What if I don't want the charge for two items on my card at the same time?
If you don't want the charge for two items on your card at once, you can wait until you get an email from us saying that your card has been refunded and then you can place your replacement order online as soon as you see the credit appear on your statement. (This can be 7-10 days after the refund was credited depending on your bank.)
